Departed our lovely camp stop for Renmark. Here is our overnight camp 100m from the signpost. Western Australia’s weather has caught us up we can’t out run it any longer.

In need of a new tyres  so hopefully this can be sorted in Renmark – back right is a racing slick.[Not Safe]

Today’s drive only 257km – with new rubber tomorrow we must hit the asphalt to get to the Slim Dusty Cavalcade.

Saw our first emu as we reached the Riverland. Still lots of wheat but orange trees becoming more prevalent.

Staying at Riverbend Caravan Park next to the old Paringa Bridge the TEMPERATURE 43

 ps Tyres are on a truck from Adelaide to be fitted in the morning – the bikes are off the van for the first time but the temperature says no. Must be time for a beer instead.
